Granny Arrows Tutorial- Part 2: On the Diag

Untitled

Alright, ready for Part 2: On the Diag?  If you've already done Part 1, I think this should be fairly easy.  If you haven't done Part 1, I think you could still follow this tutorial!

Worsted weight yarn (I used Vanna's Choice)
Size J hook (Of course you can use any weight yarn with the appropriate hook!)

Special Stitches
Double Crochet Two Together- (dc2tog): Leave last loop of both double crochets on hook, yarn over, and work off all three loops at once.

Notes:
- Since this pattern is repetitive after a couple of rounds, you can make this block any size you want.  This tutorial works through 6 rounds.
- This pattern uses two colors, which I'll refer to as Color A and Color B.  Both colors are worked throughout, so DON'T CUT YARN until very end!

Untitled
Rnd. 1-  With Color A, start with magic ring.  Ch 3, 2 dc, ch 2, 3 dc, ch 1,  pull Color B through loop on hook (which makes a second chain stitch with Color A), DON'T CUT COLOR A...

Untitled
Now with Color B, *3 dc, ch 2, repeat from * once, sl st to top of beginning ch 3, DON'T FASTEN OFF.

Untitled
Rnd. 2- Turn, sl st in corner space, ch 3, 2 dc, ch 2, skip one dc and sc in next dc, ch 2, in corner space (3 dc, ch 2, 3 dc), ch 2, skip one dc and sc in next dc, ch 2, in corner space (3 dc, ch 1)...

Untitled
Pull Color A through loop on hook (which makes a second chain in Color B), now with Color A, in same space 3 dc (the yarn from the corner space up to the hook after pulling through new color will blend into first dc), ch 2, skip one dc and sc in next dc, ch 2, in corner space (3 dc, ch 2, 3 dc), ch 2, skip one dc and sc in next dc, ch 2, in corner space (3 dc, ch 2), sl st to top of ch 3, DON'T FASTEN OFF.

Untitled
(This is what you should have so far!)
