Just thought I'd give you a little peek of the overlay crochet mandala I'm working on for the Mandala CAL over at a creative being. I joined in last year and had a blast so I couldn't resist this year! I'm feeling really guilty I forgot to mention it to you all before it got started!! (HERE'S the pattern we're working on, and you should check out the rest of the wonderful patterns by CAROcreated!)
This new overlay mandala is looking great! I just love pink and green together and I also like pink and red together too... choosing our colours can have such surprising results, can't it? I love going wild sometimes and other times I need to unpick because something doesn't fit! Looking forward to seeing the mandala as you progress!

Oh, no way! I just signed up for this CAL too! I have to admit that I'm a bit intimidated by this pattern. I've never done anything like this before, but that's what CALs are for... trying new things and learning from others. I can't wait to see how yours turns out. :)
