Fudge Scrapghan Block

Untitled

I have a few projects I want to start, but I've been hesitant to start them because it feels like I haven't made something in awhile!  So last night I thought it might be good to pick a quick little relaxing project to get back into the crafty swing of things!

I grabbed some colors similar to the ones in my future projects and chose the block "Fudge" from 200 Crochet Blocks by Jan Eaton.  I love this book, and have even made a table runner in size 3 thread with several different blocks from it!

Such an easy, fun block!  The sides will straighten out after a little blocking of course.  But I think I got some crafty confidence back, and now I'm even more excited to work in these colors.  I'm afraid you'll just have to wait to see what projects I'm preparing for...

  1. What a great and unusual pattern. Interesting colours too. Soft and dark green look great with pink! I love that Jan Eaton book and have done several lovely patterns from it! I think your fudge is made from pistachios and strawberries though! Have a great weekend! Sandra
