Arrrrr Train Scrapghan Block
While visiting my sister in NYC, we didn't have time to craft something together for Trish's Craft-Along Party, sad face. There was too much shopping and talking (happy face)! However, we did do a lot of talking about Christmas crafting, and I bought some jewelry making supplies!
But, since I got home Sunday night, I still had time to join the party! So, I crocheted up a block to represent my NYC trip! Gin's apartment in Brooklyn is only a few blocks from a subway stop for the R Train (or as I like to call it the "Arrrrrrrr Train." So I replicated its symbol with a simple yellow circle, and slip stitched a black "R" on it, and voila! Something to remember the little trip, made in under an hour!
I also brought my camera along, so you'll have to come back tomorrow to see a few pictures!
Hope you all had a great weekend as well!
